A little over a week ago we partnered with the premium South African Sock Brand Skinny Sbu Socks for their 2020 ReImagined Launch. The launch took place downtown Johannesburg at a swanky hotel. Supporters, family and friends all gathered around to experience the new vibes that Skinny Sbu Socks promises to deliver this summer and beyond.
The event was a celebration of the brand’s legacy and it’s achievement thus far. The brand and its founder have gone through a few turbulence in the past 12 months. The founder Sbu Ngwenya has been in the media for saying something controversial, however, Sbu plans to turn the ship around. At the launch event, Sbu and his team showcased the new designs to the audience. The designs feature new motifs with vibrant colour palettes that are associated with the warmer seasons.
Furthermore, the brand reveals its new Brand Ambassador, named Caddy and a new partnership with Trace Mobile that promises to be lucrative on both ends. In conjunction with the festivities was the launch of the online store that Skinny Sbu Socks products can now be purchased through.
